Return Policy

We appreciate your purchase. We hope your purchase meets your needs. However, you can return your item to us for a refund only if you're not entirely happy with it for whatever reason. For further details on our policy, please check the section below.
Returns: Within 14 days of the purchase date, all returns must be postmarked. Every item that is returned needs to be brand-new, unused, and still have all of its original tags and labels.

Return Process
To acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the purpose of returning an item, please send an email to customer care at broomstickandpaintbrush@gmail.com. Place the item safely in its original packing along with the item and proof of purchase when you have been given an RMA number. Then, mail your return to the following address:

Please be aware that any return shipping costs are your responsibility. We strongly advise mailing your return using a trackable means.

Returns
We will handle your return after receiving it and examining the item's condition. Please give us at least seven days to complete your return after we receive your item. Depending on your credit card company, refunds can not show up on your credit card statements for one to two payment cycles. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email from us.
